Below are artworks created from 1951 to 1955 -- when Malcolm Myers was abroad in both Paris, France and Mexico City, Mexico -- having received two prestigious Guggenheim Foundation Fellowships.

Myers Paris fellowship started in 1951 and was generously renewed for 1952.  His time in Mexico City started in 1954 and ended in 1955.

During his time in Paris, he worked out of Stanley William (Bill) Hayter's world famous printmaking studio Atelier 17.  There he worked alongside other famous artists including: Picasso, Giacometti, Miró, Calder, Chagall, Antúnez, Pollock, Rothko, Kandinsky, Lasansky, Sonderborg, Blanc and Yarrow.

While in Mexico he developed a love for pre-columbian art and befriended famous artist Diego Rivera and reunited with his longtime friend Rufino del Carmen Arellanes Tamayo.
